Q: Does it cost extra to have the images edited? 

A: No, all the images are hand edited at no extra cost to you.

Q: Can I see an example of your albums/prints?

A: Absolutely, We have a plethora of albums to show you in the studio as well as gorgeous acrylic prints and canvases.

Q: What if my family/friends would like to order the images online? Is there a website they go to? 

A: Yes, each couple receives a customized library where we store your images. Your family and friends are able to order directly from this site.

Q: What is the first look? 

A: It is when the bride and the groom see each other for the first time before the ceremony in a private location.

Q: Do you make all your couple have the first look or is it optional? 

A: No, it's optional.

Q: How many photographers come with you on the wedding day? 

A: It depends on your wedding day and what you would like us to record.

Q: Do you have backup equipment?

A: Yes, we have a second camera with us at all times and multiple lenses.

Q: What do you wear to your weddings? 

A: It is very important for us to be professional. For photography reason (we tend to reflect in some of the photographs - like the rings ), we wear black.

Q: Will my images be posted on social networking sites? 

A: We post a few sneak peeks the same night or the next day. 

Q: Is an engagement session included in any of your packages? 

A: It's an important moment for all of us. You get to know us and get comfortable in front of the camera and we get to know you. We always encourage our clients to book them.  

Q: If I don’t want something in a package, can you remove it from the collection? 

A: If you don't like our collection you can book your wedding a la carte.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q: How much is the deposit?

A: The deposit is 50% of the total cost and is due at the time of the booking.

Q: When is the remaining amount due for the wedding? 

A: The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding.

Q: Do you offer payment plan options?

A: Yes, we do. Just contact us and we will be happy to work with you.

Q: If we would like to have several locations for the bride/groom & bridal party photos, do you charge for each additional location on the wedding day? 

A: No, we do not charge for each additional location.

Q: Can we meet before I book? 

A: Yes, this is an important step in the process for you and us. We are always happy to meet and chat about your vision. It allows us to get to know each other.

Q: Do you use flash for any of your photography? 

A: Yes, we do. We take pride in our external lighting skills and are excited to share it with you.

Q: Are you a member of any professional photographer organizations? 

A: Yes, we are a member of WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) and PPA (Professional Photographers of America). 

Q: Can you hold my date without a deposit? 

A: No, we are sorry. A deposit is required to hold your date.

Q: How long before I receive my photos after my wedding? 

A: We will set up a viewing session at the studio within four weeks. During the session you will choose the ones you want in your album and for your canvas.

Q: Do you offer videography?

A: No we do not. We do have a vendor referral list stocked with a list of amazing videographers.

 Q: Do you offer save the date/thank you cards? 

A: Yes, we offer a large variety of custom cards.
